THE PRACTICE

What can I expect from a Creative Bloom Session?

Creative Bloom Sessions are one-on-one educational and personal-development sessions centered around creativity, self-exploration, and intentional living.

Through the Creative Bloom Practice, we’ll use creative exercises, reflection, and guided conversation to explore your ideas, desires, values, voice, joy, and purpose. Each experience is shaped around your individual creative interests and what you’d like to explore.

Do I need to be an artist or consider myself creative?

Absolutely not. Creative Bloom isn’t about artistic skill or producing “good” art. Creativity can take many forms, and the practice is designed for anyone who wants to explore their own creative expression.

Do I need to know what I want to work on before my session?

No. You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. Part of the Creative Bloom Practice is creating space to discover what you’re curious about, what you want more of, and where your creativity wants to take you.

How often do we meet?

The 1:1 Creative Bloom experience includes seven 60-minute sessions. Sessions can be scheduled weekly or biweekly, depending on what works best for you and your creative practice.

Where do sessions take place?

All sessions are conducted virtually over Google Meet or a similar platform.

What if I don’t have a regular creative practice yet?

That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have an established creative practice before beginning. Part of the Creative Bloom experience is discovering what forms of creative expression feel meaningful to you and creating a practice that fits your life.

WHAT THIS IS, AND ISN’T

Are Creative Bloom Sessions therapy?

No. Creative Bloom Sessions are not psychotherapy, mental-health counseling, psychological treatment, or a substitute for professional mental-health care.

As a Creativity Educator, I provide creative education and personal-development guidance rather than clinical or therapeutic services.

What if I need mental-health support?

Creative Bloom is not designed to provide clinical or therapeutic care. If you need mental-health support, I encourage you to seek care from an appropriately licensed mental-health professional.

Can you guarantee a specific outcome?

No. Every person’s creative process and experience is different, and I cannot guarantee a particular result or outcome. Creative Bloom provides tools, practices, and a framework for exploring your creativity and yourself.
