2. CREATIVE BLOOM IS NOT MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT

Creative Bloom provides educational, creative, and personal-development services. Creative Bloom is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychological treatment, medical care, or crisis intervention.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions or other medical conditions.

When you purchase a 1:1 Creative Bloom Session, you are purchasing a personal-development and creative exploration service.

Sessions may include conversation, reflection, creative exercises, prompts, discussion of personal experiences, and exploration of the Creative Bloom framework.

Creative Bloom does not guarantee that every session will produce a particular insight, creative result, decision, or outcome.

The scope, duration, number of sessions, scheduling requirements, and price of a particular offering will be provided at the time of purchase.

6. SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULING, AND MISSED SESSIONS

Appointments must be scheduled through the method designated by Creative Bloom.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you must follow the cancellation and rescheduling policy provided with your specific booking or purchase.

Late arrivals may reduce the amount of time available for the session. A missed appointment or late cancellation may be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

It does not give you ownership of the Creative Bloom framework or permission to reproduce, publish, teach, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit it.

You retain ownership of original creative work, writing, artwork, reflections, and other materials that you independently create during your participation.

You retain ownership of your content.
